Oxford’s Higher Education Student Zone is the central point where students using a prescribed Oxford textbook can find tools to inform and assist with studying, exams and preparation.

The Student Zone is divided into three sections for ease of use:

  • Student Assist,
  • Student News, and
  • Student Reading.

In the Student Assist section you will find advice and tips from experts and other students to help prepare your students for success in their first year of studies.

Here you will see videos that deal with issues such as time management, exam preparation and the importance of a textbook. We also included videos about our Mandela Rhodes Foundation Class of 2013 Scholars, who share their views, personal experiences and admiration for the leadership style of former President Nelson Mandela.

The Student News section provides students with news of interest, including Oxford book prizes.

The Student Reading section aims to help undergraduates succeed and equip them with helpful information in the form of interesting articles. This page is updated regularly, so be sure to check for more news.

With the Student Zone we aim to provide a base for students to go for support and guidance.
